A 41-year-old foreign national was arrested by chance this past Wednesday (7 March) after being caught with heroin with a street value of R5,2 million.

According to Hawks spokesperson Captain Carol Mulamu, members of the Hawks were in Florida on unrelated business when they stopped at Florida Junction to buy food. There they noticed a man in a black BMW stopping next to a blue Nissan Tiida. He hurriedly got out of his vehicle, got into the Nissan and drove off.
