Bastion se jukskeispelers vereer

Hoërskool Bastion spog met twee Springbok-jukskeispelers na die afgelope Suid-Afrikaanse kampioenskappe wat in Kroonstad plaasgevind het.

Devan van der Velde het vir die derde agtereenvolgende jaar vir die Suid-Afrikaanse span gekwalifiseer en het in die 0.16-span van onderskeidelik Gauteng en SA, asook in die o.19 SA-span deelgeneem.

Dilan Bouwer is in die Suid-Afrikaanse o.16 Akademiespan opgeneem.

Hul afrigter, Ela Grobler, het van oor tot oor geglimlag en oorgeloop van trots vir hierdie twee spelers se prestasies. “Ek is ongelooflik trots op hierdie twee manne. Hulle het baie hard gewerk, en is daarvoor beloon,” het sy gesê.

Hul volgende toernooi vind in Maart plaas.
