Yesterday (12 July) at about 3.15pm an unknown number of intruders entered a home. They overpowered the female occupant and her children and pushed them to the ground. While the victims were being held at gunpoint the suspects ransacked the house and escaped. No one was seriously injured.

The Record is still gathering information about the incident.
