Kaylee Harmse is the pride and joy of Discovery Full Service Primary School after she qualified for the final U/13 netball trials for a spot the Gauteng team. The trials are to be played in May.

Kaylee is no stranger to netball. She started playing in Grade 3 because her mother and teacher encouraged her to take up the sport.

“I enjoyed playing netball since I was at a young age because it wasn’t too difficult and extremely fun,” she said.

Kaylee is also an avid table tennis player that represents her school at the highest level.

“I’ve had fears and doubts about my game, but this has not stopped me from believing in myself, achieving what I did and having confidence. I love participating in sports because this is my last year in primary school and I want to make it count,’ she said.
