Update: It was murder, says police

Florida Police confirmed the person whose body was found in Fleurhof on Monday night had been murdered.

According to Florida Police spokesperson Lydia Dikolomelo, the body of the black female already was decomposing when it was discovered in a veld near Bunker Street. Police believe the victim was around the age of 38. She sustained wounds to her upper body.

The victim has a dark complexion and was wearing a pink top and black/brown leggings. Her shoulder-length hair is straightened.
